Biographie du candidat
Beresford Victor Williams est né le 12 Mai à Freetown et à fais ses débuts à l’école primaire St Edwards puis le secondaire à ST Edwards, Kingtom. Bien après, il s’envol aux royaumes-Unies ou il obtient son baccalauréat en économie du développement et en commerce internationale, puis une maitrise en administration des affaires et en informatique respectivement à l’université de Liverpool et au Royaume Uni.
Williams étant un fervent chrétien membre du Rotary club de freetown, il fait une entrée remarquable en politique, comptable de profession, il critique vigoureusement le regime en place et lance des accusations de corruption et de mauvaise gestion.
En 2017, il fonde le parti national indépendant de la République qu’il porte fièrement le drapeau et est perçu par ses partisans comme un la clé du changement car promet l’amélioration des conditions de vie des sierra léonais s’il est élu pour les cinq prochaines années.

Candidate’s biography
Beresford Victor Williams was born on May 12 in Freetown and began his education at St Edwards Primary School, followed by secondary school at ST Edwards, Kingtom. He then moved to the United Kingdom, where he obtained a B.A. in Development Economics and International Business, followed by an M.A. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Liverpool University and the UK respectively.
A fervent Christian and member of the Freetown Rotary Club, Williams made a remarkable entry into politics. An accountant by profession, he vigorously criticized the current regime, leveling accusations of corruption and mismanagement.
In 2017, he founded the Independent National Party of the Republic, which he proudly flies the flag of, and is seen by his supporters as the key to change, promising to improve the living conditions of Sierra Leoneans if elected for the next five years.
In 2018, Freetown-born Beresford Williams ran in both the presidential and legislative elections.
